This store has the fastest drive thru in Omaha.! Wow!

Got in at a packed drive thru , order was dine correct, and fast. They even double checked my daughters fries and said they were hot. New manager? Don't know, but better service.

staff was courteous and friendly . got my food quickly.

Be prepared to meet totally untrained workers. They have no idea what they are doing.

Always, always, always double check your order in drive thru . 3/4 it's wrong.

Terrible service! They never give you straws and I'm always asked to pull forward so I can wait for my food. What's the point of 2 windows if I have to pull forward and wait in the parking lot ?

Seems like they always have new people who are terrible at taking orders inside.

Make sure your not in a hurry. They will guarantee mess up your food so you'll need to walk/drive back through to get your order correct.

Bring a book if you're going through the drive-thru during lunch hour. Very slow.

Another example of terrible service! Ordered one mcflurry but still had to pull around and wait for them to bring it out.
