All you can eat type setup of raw food and then take it to the grill guys and they sort of perform hibachi style. Pleasantly surprised with how good it was.

Personally, I don't like picking my own food combinations and standing around forever to have the food cooked...especially not at $30 a person. Come for the fire pits & drinks- skip the food.
Wear comfortable standing shoes . You'll be doing a lot of standing.
Food is decent but don't plan on actually eating your meal with whomever you came with.
Food is decent, but staff is lazy and careless.
Expensive and staff seems more interested in socializing.
