Very crowded at lunchtime with long lines . Try to get there just before noon, and you'll usually beat the rush. Also check out their nutritional info online before coming for fat/calorie contents.

The swarm on weekday mornings is annoying. Most are not paying customers, so they take up valuable seats that paying customers would like to have.
Seating is very tight! No privacy.
