I go around 5:30/6:00am during the week. Same people, never any problems with it being over crowded . Sat and sun feels like I'm working out at a daycare .
Shoot to go in the AM or as early as you can. More open equipment before 5pm. Plus if you shoot early then you have better chance of making it that day. Wish they had like a P90x class here tho.
The staff here is friendly and nice. The gym is kinda small but there is always equipment open really good gym
