New flavour - Roasted Marshmallow S'mores . The drink tastes pretty good. It would be too sweet for people who don't like sweet though. Perfect for sweet tooth!
Unusually quiet given the chaos outside, a good sanctuary for those needing a little bit of peace from the crowd outside. Plenty of seating.

Relaxed ambiance . Rarely overcrowded. Great place to unwind for a cuppa!
Extremely busy in the evening
New decor and not as crowded when it was on the ground level. Ample seats with different configurations but a bit dark.
Watered down mocha and americano .... Nice basement atmosphere tho...
The staff here are not too organised, had trouble making a caramel coffee . Maybe they should move to McDonald's!
