Tourist tip: in a bowling alley (seriously), you can get local grindz, as well as typical diner fare . For a hearty meal , try the oxtail soup - simply delicious.
Kalua Pork with Rice has good flavor, but personally I just don't like the texture of pulled pork .
Fried Saiman is more like stir fried saimin - it has nice and soft (and oily) noodles , but overall it's way too salty.
