The darkest and dingiest Macy's I've ever been to. The employees never seemed to be available. However, I was happy they had a MAC counter...

This Macy’s location holds a place in my heart. It’s clean , friendly staff and very knowledgeable of the products they offer.

Customer service is borderline nonexistent. Employees talk to each other and don't even care there are people lined up at the cash register . Next level carelessness. Pretty sad honestly.

There is a sale in the cosmetics and perfume area. This is an added bonus. These items usually do not go on sale

If your coming to do some holiday shopping the lines are long, so pack your patients.

If your from out of state you can get a visitors pass for 10% off!!! How cool is that:)

Not terribly crowded , even on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. However, the cashiers are your typical life-hating teens who don't care about customer service quality.

I experienced the worst customer service experience of my life here. Literally 8 idle people refused to help me. I had to go to 4 floors & 6 registers to exchanged a gift . Macy's should be humiliated.

Just awful-the clerk listening to music on her phone, the broken dressing rooms, the dirty store. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible store to shop in. One cash register open on the entire 3rd floor, bathroom was filthy, clothes were not in size order on the racks. Will never go back here.

One of the register's staff wasn't friendly at all ! She even didn't look at ourselves when we asked questions about payment or receipt and most of all:

stay far away...it's horrible.

she forgot to take the locker from one of the Jean we bought ! It's full of ink and we are back in France now ! What do I do ? ????

A Macy's do Fulton Center não é tão grande quanto a famosa, mas é uma alternativa mais tranquila. Quase tudo que tem na maior também tem aqui. Boas compras!
