Absolute worst Bojangle's customer service in Columbia! Constantly have a minimum 50 to 15 minute wait time then they get food order incorrect at least 60% of the time and you have to go back inside.
I come here to keep them in business but their service leaves something to be desired.
Drive thru personnel are rude.
