SpringHill Suites Savannah Downtown/Historic District

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. Extremely friendly service . The room layout is really practical and spacious . The breakfast is at 7 AM-10 AM, and extra delicious. Call for a military rate too.

Recent paint and carpet refresh (at least on the 5th floor). This is my go-to hotel when the Bohemian or the Mansion on Forsyth are not available. Very close to excellent restaurants .

Try Middle Eastern Cuisine next door. It's far from fancy and they don't have air conditioning but the food is great. The owner, Ali is very friendly and makes you feel at home.

The lobby has an almost hospital-like feel to it. However the staff is exceptionally friendly and, the rooms are laid out beautifully. Great location

If you plan on taking a tour of Savannah, I highly recommend going through the concierge . You get discounted tickets and they pick you up from the hotel .

Great place and perfect location to the Civic Center. Don't even bother with the pullout beds in the suite though, they are so uncomfortable sleeping just on the couch itself is better

Clean rooms , ours isn't very quiet because we are in a very busy down town . In walking distance of everything lovely stay

Tons of great places to eat around the market . Don't eat the free breakfast , go to J. Christopher's on Liberty just past the Mellow Mushroom .

Very new and clean hotel ..great value and good location for walking in Savannah

Try and get a room in the middle of the hotel . The wifi works a lot better. If you get a room close to the ends have fun trying to get a good signal.

As a Marriott veteran, I'm still in awe of this layout. Marriott Team- why not reproduce this room? It's perfect for the business traveler!

Don't ever get into a domestic in this hotel ... there are no locks on the bathroom doors. Just eat the cake , Ida Mae.

Nice rooms. AWEFUL breakfast : powdered eggs , watery instant grits , bland precooked sausage . Better off going to McDonalds!
