Despite the location, there isn't much "ghetto" about it. The cashiers are professional. I have sat in a person has been on the floor making attending to my needs. Great place.
Chik fil a on this side of town stay busy morning noon and night only time isn't busy is at 6am
Long lines but always great service. They never forget any sauces when ordering.
Not a drink refill friendly Chickfila. Unless you're on the floating lady's good list, which I have yet to achieve, despite my best efforts.

The drive thru takes almost 15 mins minimum. It could be the dual drive thru or slow work bc the establishment is new.
