Great view of the runway. Best for airline fanatics. Abundance. Suited for business class passengers. Impeccable service. Alcoholic beverages available upon request. Butler upon call. Commendable.

Be nice to the cabin crews on duty, they have a hard time adjusting to ground work as well . Be nice and respect them, they will make sure you are well taken care of.

2023 Update: The new renovations are fantastic with more seating. The food quality has substantially improved since my 2017 review.

Very spacious & big Business Lounge ! So many restaurants & chefs ! fresh food & by order as well . Tasty fresh fruits as well . Comfortable sofas , chargers everywhere & clean bathrooms . Very recommended!

Food selection is pretty much limited but the lounge is comfortable and relaxing. You can take a shower at the toilet as toothbrush and towels are provided too

Very SPEECHLESS about this Lounge ! So BIG, SPACIOUS & they had a lot varieties of food :D MUST try their Nasi Lemak with Sambal Ikan Bilis , U WON'T REGRET IT!!

First Class lounge is a bit smaller but more comfortable ! There is a small restaurant area featuring noodles and couple entrees! Staffs are friendly !

Has excellent Malaysian fare, highlight being the rotating menu of cook-to-order items - different kinds of laksa , curries , etc but paltry offering at the alcoholic bar .

Big area with refreshments aplenty. They shud improve the smoking room, it's too small. Plus, the location of the lounge requires you take a long route especially those boarding thru gates C1-6.

Bloody difficult to get here. You can walk here by going to arrival hall at KLIA and go to the right end of the building where there is a bridge entrance called Flight crew Briefing Area to the end.

It is a large lounge . There are several different sections. The bar is on the left before the main room. They have a few stations for food, and you can even take a shower . Massages are not free.

A nice lounge to wait before your flight. Food is lacklustre, wouldn't hurt if there's more variety.

The new revamped lounge is amazing. However food variety is not that much.

I enjoy each time i visit yes it could be better, but the people are very friendly and this is the main reason for me going to the lounge .

Really like the renovated lounge with te sports bar . Food options have been upgraded as well since my previous visits.

Dragon fruit !! Mmmm.. Also, melon , w/melon, papaya , tomatoes , gherkins , olives , several fruit juices and fruit beverages - no hot options for fruitarians or Atkins though ;p

One world group common lounge . It is pretty good lounge and I can use it with JL flight ticket.

Shower rooms are basically devoid of anything useful (compare to CX in HK). Otherwise lounge is spacious —- bar area is separate on left just after entry.

Choice of local nasi lemak and western egg/sausage breakfast . The doting samba is tasty.

MAS definitely need to improve on the lounge comfort level, choice of food and service too. Should benchmark against Singapore Airport SIA lounge .

Nice upgrade but toilets cleanliness need attention. Kris lounge , Changi and Qatar airways lounge , Doha ensure toilets are cleaned all the time. No attention to details ie coat hanger not fixed

Be sure to walk around and check out all the food options. There's more here than you may think and WAY more than at most airport lounges .

Nice lounge with lots of space ask for a freshly made grilled cheese sandwich

Black coffee from the barista is incredibly well balanced.

What we liked: spacious lounge , good shower facilities , fast WIFI . What we didn't like: limited F&B options, poor food quality.

Renovations are good. They have USB ports plus electric sockets..no more carrying plugs around. But no more Laksa ????

Food just average—- shower is handy but poor range and quality toiletries— ask for everything you think you might need before going in.

Pretty decent Lounge , but note they've moved the bar recently so now you have to walk in & out of main lounge for alcohol .

They really need to keep the showers clean . Bring back the all day ice cream ...! Sucks now ya have to wait till 3pm for ice cream .

New deco, nice

It's a nice big lounge but.... The food has been sitting in the steamer too long, bar wasn't open at midnight, the toilets were like what you'd find in a shopping mall . There's still a ways to go.

The F class lounge was so quiet I was the only one there. Dining room is peaceful but food menu is subpar. Signage in the airport to the lounge is non-existent so allow more time for navigation.

Shower facilities is a life saver especially when Malaysia weather is so hot & humid!

Nasi lemak with sotong is great. Why can't they have this on all morning flights?

Relaxing while waiting to board plans to Jakarta on biz trip. It's been quite a while since I visited Jakarta

There's a nice massage/spa at the end of business class lounge . From 45 minutes.

A sad decline in both terms of service & food

Very large lounge ..good food but you have to hunt down the beer . Power points a bit dodgy.

Very spacious . But.. f&b selection isn't one to be proud of, comparing to other airline lounges .

Big and spacious but staff can be slow to react.

Good Shower , Spa , & WiFi . The best in Asia. Dont forget to try The Nas Lemak . 

Need a coffee ? Don't queue for their baristas, not better than any machine. Nothing special about their European food, but the Asian food is alright. Have seen much better lounges .
