Checking in here is quite pleasant,friendly staff and rather comfortable .Everything has been perfect and even the fussiest traveller will have no reason to complain!

Sit back here with the "common" folk in koiania! Not in front with the autosapien class . We all love you!

Do yourself a favor and DON'T fly AA. They will nickel and dime you to death. Fly JetBlue even if it's more . After check-in i ended up paying more.

I never saw a checkin so terrible like today. Even on priority line I was almost two hours to get my boarding passes and baggage checked. A complete mess of unproductive AA employees

Hire some staff from Asia or send them on a training course. Your etiquette is unacceptable and your attitudes need a refresh
