People here have zero customer skills! The masseurs cancel on the customers and the receptionists/managers have no common sense to tell it to me and have the balls to say I am lying about calling them
The massage was great but they pushed our appt back 15-30 min without letting us know so watch out for that.
Reverse customer satisfaction here!! These ppl blame customers for lying when it's the other way round
