Over priced retailer as always. Get stuff cheaper from Amazon.com or direct from manufacturers like HP and Microsoft who offer better products not loaded with bloat ware and much cheaper protection

Geek Squad has helped me out of a jamb more than once.

Don't count on getting any assistance here! They just walk around and right in front of you and never offer to help.

Consider a square trade warranty online. Compared to Geek Squad it appears to be the hands down winner.
