Have been to the one on the way to Fort Myers Beach many times. Great for Sanibel to get one. Staff was very nice. Will let you try favors. Get pints to go too!
Somewhat of a hidden spot , so look for "Jerry's Shopping Center" off of Periwinkle Way. The ice cream here was rich, creamy, and delicious. Try the Salted Crunch and the Banana Cream Pie !
I tried the dirty turtle , and was completely stunned they made such tasty ice cream from scratch! So many flavors to choose from. Love love love this place.

The portions are worth the money.
Skip the mango and raspberry sorbet . No real fruit . There is very little flavor.
