Beautiful hotel previously known as the Russel hotel , renovated for last two years. Opened mid April 2018. Great facilities
A luxury hotel and surprising that IHG didn’t brand this an Intercontinental when they purchased the Principal chain. It’s more IC than a hip Kimpton. Impressive decor + great cocktails at Fitz’s Bar .
I really loved staying at the hotel , the room was a bit small but the experience of the hotel was great.
Came here for a conference and the place is stunning. All staff are really polite as well .
Amazing marble staircase! Wonderful hotel with a great cocktail bar .
Loved my stay here! Rooms are neat, staff are friendly and helpful & it has a great location!
If you have the budget for it, you are getting to enjoy a really nice area and a beautiful hotel .
Rooms are on the small side but perfectly nice. The location is pretty good
Loved everything about this place
The name got changed from 'The principal hotel ' to 'Kimpton Fitzroy London' in Oct 2018.

Nice interior decoration
The architecture
Cozy cafe with a decent atmosphere in a lovely building. Shockingly affordable. - Bogdan Zadorozhny
This has had a multi million pound refurbishment, and is now “The Kimpton”. We had drinks in the Palm Court, which has a great outside space, central London 5 star, at it’s very finest. - Karen Benton
Beautiful restaurant and really great food. Had the catch of the day and mash. - J B
Beautiful renovation and quite a few restaurants to try - Abu Aya KD
Great conversion of the Midland Bank head office with many restaurants and bars to chose from. Can be very busy. The private members areas, such as the Vault Bar and Lounge, offer impeccable service. - Very Good Service
Nice green escape in the middle of the city. Plenty of benches too. - Claire
Fantastic place to spend a day. So much on display and so much to learn. Can get pretty crowded thou. - Derrick Leow
