This hotel is excellent! It is really unique and creative. It is so different than any other hotel that I have stayed at before. The staff is excellent, they listen to you and help you with anything!

If you are looking for a great deal, with location, breakfast , good service and cleanliness, this is the place for you. We only stay 2 nights but it is perfect! No need to look further!

Nice deco . Room suits for few days stay. No wardrobe but still a place to hang your clothes . Services ok. Clean toilet . Car park just in front of the hotel . Easy access . A bit crowded during nights.

Food was excellent and the staff was wonderful and it was so comfortable . Room service was quick and provided us with great food. Especially the Chicken chop....we ordered it twice.

Had a 4 night stay at this hotel , ideally situated in a lovely area with lots amenities within walking distance. The lights round the trees on the main road were really pretty.

Wonderful hotel , friendly and attentive staff . Price is reasonable. Got a welcome drink in Balinese restaurant that is beautiful and serve great food. Will definitely visit again.

Attended a conference at the convention center . This hotel was a pleasant, quiet respite from the mad house of the convention hotels . Nice facility, clean rooms , good AC

I booked this for our family of 5 with breakfast . It's the first time I stayed at Hotel de ART and I was impressed !

Queen beds extremely comfortable , bedroom room separated from living area. Good size bathroom . Daily maid service leaving the room fresh and clean .

Bed comfortable and creative design. BUT, ants are everywhere in room and cockroach outside the lobby. Be careful with the deposit and sign the receipt.

Nice room and deco, but some furniture are not maintained, have defects and this could ruin your stay.

Average hotel . Surrounded by many restaurants . Totally worth to stay for a short trip.

however we went the next day and it took 10 mins to get seated and then we sat another 10 mins and no one had come for our drinks order, I wouldn't mind if they were busy.

Booking thru "booking.com" RM134 for twin sharing. Try to sleep after checkin but cannot! Too bright ! They need to add additional darker/thicker curtain...
