Best Buy

By far the best service that I’ve ever received in a Best Buy and that’s saying a lot as we’ve lived and travelled across the country a lot. We’ll be back again for sure!

The associate that took care of us was GREAT and so we're all the others. Everyone was will to help and they had the answers if you asked a question, if not they found someone that did.

I've had great service in this store. The lady in the appliance section was great, and have pointers about buying open box items.

Very helpful and skilled associates. I always look here first for my electronic needs.

They can finally take payments for your bestbuy credit cards now!

Bought a Dell laptop here today, had Ashley as our salesperson. Ask for her, she knew a lot about the laptops and just generally kicked ass.

use a best buy rewards card for points... it is free!!!

Good store but I can never get service quickly. Most of the time I end up waiting over 15 minutes to get help even if I ask.

Um yea. Need some better customer service and people who know their facts about an item.

They don't sell t mobile in the store. Must order online only. Most phones are free. Good deal , but I want my phone now.

Terrible delivery, badly damaged our refrigerator. We have video footage showing it in good condition prior to deliver and now it is terribly beat up. We are still waiting to hear about a replacement

Dont preorder with them. They apparently dont always get all of it and it turns into a first come first serve. And they dont give a shit about the fact u paid in full and you dont have product

Didn’t have what I wanted

The Geek Squad needs new Geeks. The service is terrible. We waited for an hour and a half then were told to wait another 30 minutes. We left without service.

Under staffed. Service sucks.

Probably cheaper at amazon. Buy HDMI cables at monoprice.com, don't buy them at BB. Way over priced.
