Not a lot of staff around, but great selection and usually have a decent sale.

I avoid buying nice fabric here, but I'll get patterns on sale for $2 apiece and browse the remnants for appliqué fabrics.

If you are here to buy crochet hooks, its hard not to stab yourself in the jugular while standing in the longest/slowest line .

Don't come here. Never enough cashiers and the ones they have move slowly. But they do spend money on a security guard , because so many old ladies are stealing spools of ribbon and yards of fabric.

Talk to the security guy if you can't find something. He knows more than the other employees!

They take coupons from Micheals and Hobby Lobby as well . Hobby Lobby is closed on sundays.. Jo-anns is open.

Always always always check your receipt before you leave here. The cashiers sure won't.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I would stick to Michael 's and hobby lobby . After purchase, manager hands me bag and says "here you go." No "thank you." Nothing.

They need more cashiers . Expect a long wait to check out.

Lines are always way too long

The check out line here is always terrible. Usually a 5-10 minute wait.

My tip is to go to hobby lobby across the street instead. Sales people are always rude here.
