Please be advised, don't expect a call back from the GM (Michael G) if you leave him a message. He will have a bubbly person call you back with a golden smile over the phone say:sorry you're screwed.
Got a wake up call 1.5 hours before the time requested. Asked for a complimentary breakfast since had so much time available and get compensated and was denied. For this POOR service quality.
