Starbucks

New manager is curt and having obvious issues training a newer staff , so customer service is suffering!

The staff here is kinda annoying. They all talk very loud about personal problems and problems with scheduling. Do they not realize that people come here to relax or study?!

Hmmmm...have NEVER had a problem with my drinks and the staff is always very nice to me. I guess you get what you put out...who knows???

honestly, the workers here are incredibly pleasant and the plain black coffee isn't too bitter, so it's pretty awesome overall.

Baristas are always nice and prompt with my order!

Quiet study area , friendly staff , good lattes ..

I'd like to say something positive but I can't. Went in for birthday drink, she spent a lot of time telling me why it wasn't in my offers, I stead of giving it to me.

This is our favorite Starbucks. We feel like family everytime we come in

Avoid this Starbucks coffee as it is consistently bitter or old. The best Starbucks coffee is brewed at Iliff and Buckley .

Free wifi and good drinks make this a great place to get homework done.

Have to agree with other comments. The staff aren't the the warmest but they are usually pretty efficient.

So my boyfriend and I are pretty much regulars here. The coffee is excellent and for the most part they are very efficient. But one barista in particular is rude as hell, so not my favorite.

The staff at this location are routinely rude. I try to go to another one even if I have to drive farther.
