I eat at panera 3-4 times a week. This location never gets it right....needs to take lessons from other Raleigh locations.

Must get the chipotle chicken panini on tomato basil . Yum!

Greeting sucks. Ordered rapid pick up last night and the order was all wrong. To the managers credit he did refund the purchase, and the restaurant is cleaner than it was 5 months ago when I ordered.

Chicken Caesar sandwich is the one! I hardly get anything else

Went back to get the correct sandwich & they left my refund (cash) next to my side of bread , inside the bag. Gross! The polite thing to do is HAND ME my refund. Not next to the food I'm about to eat.

Chicken Caesar sandwich is king.

$1.82 for a refill in my own coffe cup. Too much $ for too little.

Our food sat on the counter for 10 minutes and nobody every called my name. One of the employees was sitting in the only male bathroom stall hiding and playing on his phone.
