Friendly , good food. Decent pub attached for footie games on telly. Small but functional gym included.
The rooms are a bit 'tired' but the pool is nice and the staff very friendly .
Rooms spacious and clean . Restaurant food overpriced, mediocre and poorly presented. My 'rainbow grain' salad came in a cereal bowl without any grain. They 'fixed' it by adding unseasoned brown grain.
Holiday inn & UK, both goes against my understanding of quality. Price absolutely too expensive for a massive 'we don't care' attitude of hotel staff / quality / etc. Real shame there are no more opt
Check in is somewhat slow... Some of the rooms smell of smoke although it's a no smoking hotel . Beds are really soft and offer no back support!!

Flaky service, no towels or hot water today, third time this year. back to the Hilton me thinks
Cheaper to eat and drink in the pub part of hotel than hotel itself.
