One of smaller locations, but the huge windows on both sides of the store let in a ton of natural light . Very quiet during the week.

If you can't make it to the Soho NYC store, this is the one to hit hit. It has mire of a "locals" vibe instead of one of tourist trapish Apple stores like 5th Ave. Quick customer service.

Rudest and most incompetent Apple store in NY. Was Great when first opened, but current Mgr has killed Apple and cultivated a Best Buy experience. AVOID. Other Apple stores are better.

Walked in and was told I could be seen in 25 to 30 minutes. Received a text to return after 10 minutes, then had to wait 20 to be seen. Most common answer from ‘genius’: “I don’t know”

Probably the worst run store . Unable to get service. Waiting in line while help is available and free but no one will help those looking for phones. Terrible. Faster service in NYC

Don't ever go here if you are on a time limit. They never see you on time. However the staff really do know what they are doing so worth a wait!!

Idiots here couldn't even fix my phone. They said they swap out phones that have a headphone jack broken off inside the phone. And they fish out the piece Bc it might 'endanger' their employees'.
