Very packed in the mornings as I would expect but the drive thru moves very fast and the people who work there are very nice and friendly . Great customer service here.
9 out of 10 times mobile orders are late ... up to 5 minutes. Give yourself some extra time. :)

Why would they give you a new cup for a refill? It's a refill! If i want a new cup then order the drink again.
fairly quick drive thru as long as the minivan in front of you doesn't order 20 drinks. seriously go inside if you want more than two.

If you plan to get a refill on your coffee or tea , go inside. They gave me a hard time about doing refills via drive thru . They're also supposed to give a new cup for refills and they didn't. Yuck!
