Tasting menu was a culinary adventure . Highly recommended! Fave courses included the tuna tartare with melon and black garlic ice cream , raw yolk with cauliflower and broc soup .
Exquisite food. A true culinary adventure . Do not miss this if you're at Paradisus. Everything is artfully plated and delicious.
