The Gaia Organic Blend beans have a brisk burst of ginger that mingles in both the medium mouth and dark body. Body tones also include lemon and chocolate chip cookie dough .
The Lelisa Halo Cooperative beans from Jimma Ethiopia have a dark body for an African bean. Extra roasting gives the cup a strong caramel body that all but masks a faint green apple mouth and acidity.
Staff is friendly , service is quick, and there's some cool art on the walls. Limited inside seating but many outside tables .
