Great concierge and bell staff -- helpful and friendly , even to traveling families! Housekeeping gets a shout-out for finding my daughter's missing stuffed animal and making the bed around it.

Comfortable beds , lighting could be better. WiFi is US$14.99 daily, quite expensive ! Polite & helpful staff . Nice area near the pier side for dinner & sight seeing.

staff excellent!! very engaging and helpful, sincere too. room 1230 a/c needed a better fan with western sun exposure, very warm room on those 88 degree days, in room refrig. a joke

If you want some relaxation walk a couple blocks to Bob the Chiropractor and get a 1 hour massage for $45. Not a spa , but one of the better massages I've had.

Love this place. I've stayed at The Weston before and always love it. The shower is amazing, the beds are "heaven" and the rooms are very spacious .

Comfortable beds . Double headed shower fitting is the best shower ever! Clean room and public areas. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Location is great, tiny caffes around,great for good,quick meal ,near by attractions ...and Westin na m e! Cannot beat that!:-)

Actually, parking is $17/$20 valet. Rooms are micro-teeny. Book a king; get two doubles. (wtf?) It's no Bonaventure suite. It's my 10th SPG hotel : I'd put it at the bottom tier despite its SPG rating.

Great bartender . They don't skimp on the alcohol . Beautiful lobby.

$5 New Balance gym clothes and shoe rental...you keep the sox. Gym and pool on the 5th floor.

Very peaceful business stay, many restaurants nearby and great staff . Love Westin.

4-Star Hotel $300.Toiletries 99 cent quality & brittle thin toilet paper. We arrived very late & didn't sleep til 6AM, beds were uncomfortable. 7AM awoken by angry protestors on microphone til 11AM

This hotel is very old and very small rooms. It's on beach front , but there aren't many options for good restaurants in the area where it's located

Poor Westin or at least not the Westin I would have expected (considering it is not cheap ). They also don't have minibar ...well it's empty. Rooms are very standard, needs an important renovation

Buffet is $19 and the selection sucks. Not worth the price at all. Hardly anything to choose from: eggs , potatoes , pork sausage and bacon , pancakes (or French toast depending on day), grits - not much

The slowest internet I have ever seen in a hotel . And that’s for the premium tier. And I travel for a living.

Cots are $25, parking is $15 and Internet is $10 a day. Just keep that in mind!
