I go here almost every week and their service is always good! However sometimes they can get stingy with their boba but that's understandable since they are always busy because of their great service.
I heard that their drinks are very sweet even if you make it light, so I got a "no sweet" lychee-strawberry green milk tea w/ honey boba . Yum! If you don't like super sweet drinks , I recommend this!
They don't give you much boba , but the flavor selection is top notch. Don't be thrown by the bevy of options. Almond and coconut with orange popping boba will do you right for a start.
Choice overload. Usually super sweet so I avoid sweetener. Black milk tea with boba is the base of choice. Lines can be long on weekends and after school gets out. No bathroom . Minimal seating.
Fruit Flavored Teas ! Mix up to 3 different flavors in one cup. Order like this: 1)what size you want 2)what flavor 3)type of tea 4) how sweet you want it 5) with boba or not and 6) your name.
Free upgrades on Tuesdays. My favorite is pumpkin spice , vanilla , and caramel BMT with very light sweetness . Check their fridge for deals on premade drinks
Their Blackberry passion boba tea is amazing! I also recommend coconut almond black milk tea and taro milk tea...but u can't go wrong with whatever I get!
Hands down the best boba in SF. Get two flavors like blackberry cherry to make it tasty. Low sugar is sugary enough, trust me.
Sooo good! The boba is super sweet and you can get three different flavors in your drink! I got blackberry pomegranate and mango yyuummmm ????
The honey boba was too soft, squishy, and sweet. Both the consistency and taste reminded me of gummy bears . (I like gummy bears , but not for boba to taste that way.)
All of the fruit flavored bobas are extremely sweet! Definitely recommend going low on the sweetness level
They usually have a daily tea for you to sample. Overly sweet at 100%, so I usually go for 50%.
They really dupe you. They don't fill your cup all the way to the top, and they put in a meager amount of boba . I asked for extra boba and they said they "don't do extra boba anymore." What??
If you feel like for a drink and something different try this place????
Favorite over Purple Kow & Boba Guys because of their boba balls quality ????????⚫️????⚫️
Black tea . Normal sweet. Passion , strawberry , pomegranate . Extra boba . Do it.
Fantastic boba , but waaaaaay too sweet, even when you ask for it to be light on the sweetness.
get double boba - this place skimps on it!
If you want to avoid the hour long wait here's a tip… go to any of the othe 5 bubble tea places that are only 1-2 blocks away. There is also one across the street from Tpumps. No waiting.
Upgrade to the pumpbo size (that I've never had) for free on Tuesday
You can ask for a secret “very light” sweetness level.
Taro , light sweet , yes milk , with taro chunks! That's all you need.
The sweetness levels are very high. Get less sweetness than you think
Passion fruit peach guava tea with pearls !
Monday night, near closing, the wait was about 40 mins. Totes worth waiting 30 mins, 45 maybe, definitely not 1hr. You're good in line if you're in or close to the door!
their boba is subpar, especially when you place a big catering order.undercooked and/or overcooked.and the tea isnt great enough to explain the lines this place has??i rather go to teaway or supercue
Add the pearls . Slightly sweetened so they're yummy.
Popping boba is a weird, but rather delicious experience. Try the lychee .
Mango passion peach . The most delicious mix.
Better than normal flavor combinations with great boba .
Best boba place I have ever been to in my entire life.
Green tea with pomegranate , mango and watermelon , light sweet .
Beware of local students who come here after school. The line can get really long!
They sell milk tea here. They also have boba . ????????????????????????????????????????
Lots of flavors and you can mix your own
Only $2.95 a drink! Mix and match as many flavors as you want!
Sweet- mango coconut ... Or sweet sour- honey pomegranate milk tea
Really sweet. I ordered light sweetness and it was still too sweet. Also very stingy on the boba .
Try the passion mango milk (green) tea . Yumm!
Passion fruit boba was really yummy
Finally, the best city ever has a T Pumps.. best boba thus far!
get unsweetened—the sweetness can be quite overwhelming
Wait to the line was 1 hr and another 15min to get drink in Friday afternoon. GT lite sweet with boba is good! But not worth the wait! Place is poorly ventilated/stuffy and no seating, but one bench .
they kinda skimp out on the boba and honestly it's a bit overrated, but hey, maybe they're just saving us the calories
Be prepare to wait in line !! But it's worth it
Come at a time where the 12 year olds can't come out so there isn't a line .
Go to wonderful foods instead for more authentic milk tea and no waiting among kids
Bad copy of boba joint. Almost no tea flavor and too sweet even with "light" sweetness. For good milk tea head to the other side of GG park - sharetea and purplekow are much better.
Come for the sugar, stay to awkwardly stand around with everyone else.
Not sure why this place is always crowded ... all these Asian youths love this place. It's good but not worth an long wait . Smelled like sour decaying spilled boba drink last time I was there.
Their grass jelly is the best I've ever had at a boba place in California so far! - Glennda Hou
The best boba I've had in my life. Order the avocado and / or mango and / or lychee drinks. You won't be disappointed - Meghana Dhar
Caramel milk tea with pudding! Also love the yogurt flavor! - Alice Hsu
The taro bun is huge and tasty. If you're feeling adventurous though, buy some of the tea-infused hard boiled eggs. Highly recommended! - Tobias Schmidt
Love the pho!!! #42 rice plate is delicious too. Try the beef stew pho if you're adventurous. - Kim Wong
Beautiful Park! Different areas with fun things to do as well as just nature definitely a Zen spot in the middle of a big city - Rebeca Garcia
