Ikkousha serve "Real" Tonkotsu ramen. A special topping, pork chashu is soaked in secret-repipe sauce. The chef perfectly understands how to use roast pork, chashu, as well as other topping, ni-tamago, soy sauce flavored boiled egg, to add spice to ramen.

Not much difference between The hard and normal noodles texture . Love the full bodied soup which is not as saltish or "gerlat" like other ramen I ate. Free flavoured egg if chk in in fb! Nice ramen !
While menu lists three levels of spiciness for the God Fire ramen , they can actually do up to a seventh level (my usual order, but I'm a chilli addict) on request. Their other ramen is excellent too.
Birthday promo: on day before, of or after your birthday, free gyōza equal to your age. They also sing happy birthday. Gyoza themselves were decent - they could have more char & be juicier & meatier.
Definitely top of my ramen list. I like heavy taste soup , spices and soft noodles . Also the only ramen place I know which actively encourages customers to participate in their offline activities.
Black ramen was decent. Shoyu ramen was decent, with a clean , light taste. Bonito ramen was good: cloudy, with a fishy taste & a thick, flavourful stock, served with thick noodles .

The complimentary spicy vegetables were so so. The complimentary ginger was decent. The chashu was so so - thin, with not much flavour

Somehow the "Real chef " doesn't do proper Ramen eggs . Maybe I need the fake chefs
