A good local shop, with a very wide selection. Pecan chocolate pie is out of this world, balanced and yummy. Chocolate chip cookies are good too. I did not like the Brownies .
Mom's knows pie . I'm partial to sour cherry crumb, strawberry rhubarb , coconut cream, chess pie , and chocolate bourbon walnut . The fillings are delicious and they make perfect crust.
While the pies and other assorted baked goods are delicious, they also serve coffee and expresso drinks, and are open during the week at 7am ... perfect stop on the way in or out of Occoquan!
Who would have thought that a place in Occoquan had Finnish Pulla Bread ! Baked fresh every Thursday and Friday. Definitely going back for more!
