You can jog here for free. In the morning will open 7am-9.30am and at the evening 4pm-7pm. But if got events / football matches then it will be closed for public.

.."running / joging open for public everyday except if there is match later that evening & please close the gate when enter & exit the stadium to avoid dogs from coming in"..

Nice stadium actually. Small is beautiful. Cuma sedih sebab Selangor kena belasah dek Sime Darby :'(

The pitch here is 10 times better than Stadium Nasional Bukit Jalil.

nothing good because every time i came here, Selangor played like budak tadika (but still better than Man Utd). elok sokong KL dapat juga tiket free
