Supposedly their preparation of ratatouille was the inspiration for the 2007 Pixar film . You should be so lucky to find it on the menu.

Very classical - french style - high quality - no surprises - ideal if you like conventional cooking

This was the home run . The farfalle made with squid ink was very special.

Taillevent: HUGE value for money at lunchtime (menu + excellent but not expensive wine )

Make sure to get the Echourgnac cheese . It's incredible.

the last course of cheese is mind-blowing.

Une salle en bas, une en haut. Préférez toujours la salle du bas plus intime si vous le pouvez. A demander lors de votre réservation . Sinon ce sera en haut. Rassurez vous la table est la même!.,
