This is my favorite Rudy's. They are always friendly and I always get my hair cut by Jade because it always comes out exactly how I imagined.
Call ahead of your visit, get your name on the list and an estimated wait time. Show up, read a funky magazine, and then get a sharp haircut at a fair price .
Chelsea is excellent, but I have enjoyed every stylist I’ve been to here.
