People here are over-helpful! They need to leave people alone to shop! However, to get someone to help you in computers is a pain in the ass!

Geek squad is so freaking slow! I've been waiting over 1/2 hour to get help. I'm sure they're just going to say I need a new wifi card, and I will have just wasted all of this time. This is ridic

Anyone feel that Best-Buy has gone down-hill? Especially this one.

Management and geek squad are useless. Had an issue tonight and the manager brushed me off. Geek squad says that they can look at a device manager and it tells you the PC is infected.

Worst customer Svc ever. They've lost my receiver that was sent off for repair and I've gotten nothing but a run around concerning the receiver. I will avoid Best Buy from now on.
