I loved it, all inclusive room service , movie night outside, shows for adults and kids and the staff was great. Please tip the staff as they deserve it. Come for yourself and make you own judgment.
Now Jade is a great resort !! Family and adult oriented so you won't deal with drunk college kids. I would go back for sure!
Great service and staff . Especially at explorers club ( Ana, paty and ailed).
If you like jogging, try the road in front of the hotel . To Puerto Morelos and back is a bit more than 5 km.

The gym is ok and has all the usual equipment. The gym room is larger than at most other hotels . Some of the equipment could use some TLC because the wear and tear is showing.

La mejor alberca de este hotel es el splash, detrás del restaurante tamarindo , la alberca de adultos no se puede echar desmadré!

Ahórrense la platica de "inducción". Pero si quieres sacar un trip gratis a Tulum, entonces si sóplate un bombardeo de 3 horas!
Deberían meter calefacción en las albercas el agua esta super fría o en el área preferente tener alberca para niños .
La mejor playa esta en el área de adultos esta excelente!!!
