Horrid. Made 4 appointments for an event , but when we arrived they only had 2 stylists working & would have to sacrifice our full-hour appointments for 30m each if we wanted to make our 5:30 deadline.

Worst blowout ever. Rude and clueless staff . No Look Book . I've got 2 blow outs remaining on a Gilt City voucher and I doubt I'll even use them. I can do better hair myself!

Don't expect to be seen at your appointment time. They're chronically understaffed and overbooked.

Horrendous service. Left after waiting 40 minutes for an appointment. Don't go.
