Be careful! If they drop an empty to-go bag on the floor, they will pick it up and continue to use it. I had to request they get a new bag.
Nicest interior I've ever seen at an Arbys.
WORST service EVER! Nothing like standing in line for 10 mins & never being acknowledged. At least a, "I'll be with you in a min", will do.
