Power up the steps without stopping and avoid using the handrails. At the top of the steps do 20 x diamond push-ups and then 20 x standard push-ups. Take the path down, lunging all the way. Enjoy =D

Good cardio , could replace leg day if you repeat it a couple of times. And really quiet and peaceful once you get to the top

Miguel Syyap

The signs are marked wrong; the steps are on the path to the right when entering from the south side, not to the left. The locals said so too.

Climb up and beware: / It's all about the journey. / There's nothing up there. #HaikuReviews

Quick and effective cardio workout. Go early as it gets crowded with fat and slow people later during the day.

Megan Bracksley

Can get quite busy weekends. Watch where you park - the ticket inspectors are always hanging around.

T.

Great trekking for nature lovers!

John

Some of the stair track is quite narrow, especially when a fat person is passing through.Otherwise great place plenty of fit people around also. Very scenic .

Sue Hui

The track was surprisingly short . A decent morning workout.

Sally Hind

Not the place for a particularly quiet walk as many people use it as a running track .

Jeff King

It's a long way up. Make sure you're fit.

Sophie T

Great to tick off the bucket list but tourist central.

Damian Brooks

It doesn't count unless you do at least 3 laps (from the carpark each time)

O.

Don't run down the steps nearly knocking over every person trudging up them. No water fountain at the top :(

Marienne Mendigorin

Dont forget your comfortable runners!

Peter Morris

Be careful on the way down again, especially in the wet, and please keep left!

Ingrid Thorpe

Try the steps ;-)

Rich Horwood

Go at lunchtime during the week and avoid the crowds.

Здесь интересно просто пройтись или пробежать. Подняться в гору по тропе длиной полтора километра. Но особых видов или достопримечательностей вы здесь не найдете
