I ordered 2 chipotle BBQ chicken wraps .. 1 of them on the OUTSIDE of it was covered in bbq and on the 2nd one the bread was really crunchy

You'll sit in the drive thru for ten or twenty minutes in the morning. In the afternoon, it isn't so bad, but no matter what time of day it is, they never get your order right.

I asked for ketchup only, and got charged for extra mayo instead. Not to mention the cashier was handling money then food. Then he ran off to the bathroom mid-order.
