Seojangdae (Western Command Post) is a historic and protected site Suwon-si Gyeonggi-do located in South Korea.

Seojangdae, meaning western command post, sits atop Paldalsan, a small hill over which the higher section of Hwaseong runs. Seojangdae was destroyed by a fire in 1996 and was reconstructed afterwards.

Hwaseomun Gate is the western gate of Hwaseong Fortress. Over the stone rainbow door is a single-story tower gate. Hwaseomun's defensive gate forms a crecent shape, with one side remaining open. - kwakseongjin

I was here for fall festival March/parade. Beautiful grounds and nice easy hikes to hill above. They let you ring the bell at the top to be heard in all the valley. 1000W. Pretty fun n relaxing spot - Gregory K.
