If you come between Noon-3:00 you'll receive enough FREE samples to fill you up to the point you won't need lunch . (I find the earlier you get here the more samples are available even in Seafood )

Where do I begin, you can buy ice cream/coffee as soon as you walk in and enjoy it while you shop. Wide assortments in the bakery . Widest selection of grass-fed beef/chicken I've seen in this area.

Best place to grocery shop with kids. It's not cheap and they don't carry all brands but meat can be a bargain depending on sales.
