Great gym , helpful instructors , lovely pool and it gets loads of sunshine.

They have zumba class every wednesday and sat , its a fun and great way to exercise !!!

Don't forget your headphones or ear plugs as some of the regulars are VERY loud and don't seem to have any volume control on their voices! >_<

The pool is so quiet at day time, a very good place to escape and take a nap :p
