It's been the same people working here for like 10 years. Actually had friends behind the counter. Really nice people.
Hit & miss on quality. Today 1 bite of the bagel resulted in a chipped tooth. :( Sometimes have trouble with counting change--likely due to language barriers.
Big Poppa is very friendly even for 10 pm on a Sunday night

I come here solely due to location, they r pretty terrible, I've gotten paper in my sandwich , two sets of buns on a double cheeseburger , argued for ketchup and not gotten change back...
