After speaking with the new owner I see 110% improvement!
All I wanted was turkey sausage egg and cheese. 1st time wrong. Re order 2nd time wrong. Re order. Maybe third time will be a charm. Wtf
They went from bad to worse! Constantly repeating orders, and then when you get to the window either you won't find your full order, get the wrong order or they give you wrong items!!! Never fails!
The guys listening to his ipod taking orders and getting them wrong. Just avoid if possible.
Worst d&d I've ever been to. The donut was stale. The girls who work here would rather text friends than help customers. Poor service over all. This is why I love starbucks!!
