Food is fab - Bene & Feast . Say hi to Chef Rossano, a very cheery chef ! Rooms are spacious & airy. The Sheraton sweet sleeper beds are super comfy !

Near of everything nice mall next to the hotel and the staff is very friendly very good service with all the facilities you need clean gym , wonderful View of sunset at the beach

Our trip was brimming with friendly & knowledgeable staff , excellent hospitality & great amenities . The pool was relaxing & nice, equipped with sun lounger ; a great escape during busy day once ????

Thou the pool side is not quite big enough, it has a great view of sunset and trending crowd ????

Do NOT book with the hotel for a driver. The desk in the lobby is exclusively bluebird with a markup. Hire a driver off trip advisor and help the local guys instead.

I fell in love with Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort.

The breakfast buffet is OKAY, the Italian restaurant is a big NO. Try next door restaurants they are much better.

Good location and design. Poor building quality, showing signs of wear and tear for a brand new hotel

There is a funny smell in the water, and the toilets and corridors stink. We changed our room because of that and the smell is still there!

Taxi to airport is overpriced and controlled by Bluebird desk onsite. Exit below Feast to the mall and hail a street taxi . Actual meter to airport is 60.000 total. Negotiate.

If u're a light sleeper, avoid rooms that are facing the open air mall next door. Loud music is played until way passed midnight. And start again at 9am.
