Cotijas Taco Shop

Good, cheap Mexican food . They do seem to mix their guacamole with sour cream which is a draw back, but the chile relleno was good and they have several choices of salsa and hot carrots .

Fish tacos made with lettuce?? Where's the cabbage ? Since going gluten free , I cannot eat here anymore.

Least expensive Mexican food in West San Carlos, but still good quality. Love their cheap breakfast burritos and they have $1.16 bean and cheese burritos on Sundays.

Saturdays 5 rolled tacos w/ guac and cheese $3.24

Do yourself a favor: eat at Los Primos , just around the corner. The Cotijas in Santee is really good but not the one in San Carlos. I tried 4 times and was disappointed each time.

Ask for Mexican guacamole , instead of the regular one.

They add lettuce to their carne asada fries ... anybody else find that horribly wrong?! Get that healthy shit outta here its supposed to be a taco shop !
