It's a good spot for forest researchers to study the species of the local forest trees , likes Mersawa, Red or Yellow Meranti, Mengulang, Nyatoh, Keruing, Kembang Semangor, Kempas, Cengai & the Durian .

Looking for windy trail run, this's the place! You'll find pine tree , canopy walk here too. Beautiful place with a lot of people & bicycle !

Rover track is the hike to the canopy walk . Great short distance hikes in the city ! ???? do a jog even, it's friendly like that.

In 1926, Director of Forestry, G.E.S Cubitt, asked Dr. F.W. Foxworthy to establish a separate forest research unit for the Forestry Department. He then selected the present site, at Kepong! Lucky us!

If you like to exercise or hang around in FRIM for fresh air and the green regularly, better head for Public car's sticker. Just $5 and you can come everyday.

One of the best parks for outdoor activities . Cycling, jogging, hiking , waterfall , can be enjoyed all day round.

We come here once a while to sweat or to breathe a fresh air . How i envy people who lived inside this park vicinity.

29/6/13-purchase your canopy walk ticket from souvenir shop (D6)..RM5/person..will be closed for maintenance exercise 2 month from mid july 2013..

Bring your binoculars or a good pair of eyes because you can see a lot of interesting and colorful birds in FRIM especially in the morning and late afternoon.

Once you reach the canopy walk ...there is another 2000 m to another peak of the mountain...The view quite nice once you reach the another peak...Please don't give up...

If u came in early ( before the office counter opens ) u can just hail up and pay at the canopy tree house .

Not for the fainthearted, if youre planning to explore the whole place, make sure youre travelling light and bring water and small towels, wear proper shoes with good traction. Beautiful and peaceful .

Fresh air . ????the rental bike outside of the Frim are so cheap . Only 8 bucks for a day!

Canopy walk starts at 9am. Come early especially on weekends as the limit is 250ppl/day.

If you like light outdoor trekking, yes, this is the right place for you. Soothing and tranquil. Anyway, I love forest .

Canopy walk is closed till further notice, nonetheless, the guided tour is quite meaningful and enjoyable :)

Good place for canopy walk ... Been there four times loves every time

Be prepare to walk longer distance or else just drive in. People walking on the pathway should be more alert to give way to others instead of walking the whole lane by themself.

Come early if you want to have canopy walk . 200 tickets sold per day.

Don't forget to bring mosquito repellent and sufficient water with you in case you are trekking
