Westmark Fairbanks Hotel & Conference Center

This is my 3rd stay in a Westmark. Stayed in Skagway, Whitehorse, and now here. All 3 locations have pros and cons. But, they're all good. Maybe not FAN-DAM-TASTIC....but, they're good.

They DO have WiFi now, as well as usb charging ports in the room. Sign up at front desk for call for Northern lights .

The room was beautiful and I really enjoyed the effervescent bath

Thai House down the street is awesome! Ask to stay in the north tower!

This is the first hotel we've seen that rewards you for turning down maid service with a $5 voucher for their restaurant .

Even though I'm perturbed that there is NO WIFI in the rooms, I just laid down on the bed to test it out and it WONDERFUL!

If you're looking for the Eastmark you're in the wrong place.

I can never figure out how to make their thermostats work...

All staff here whether at front desk or in restaurant have been quite rude as if I'm an inconvenience.... Wait staff drop off a menu with out saying one word! Wow!!! BAD!!

Ask for an upgrade. Suites are better partitioned. Have refrig. 2 tv 's.

Food was good at the restaurant , but they were rushed to get your order but took over 10 minutes to get the check

Better than the one in Anchorage

No wifi what is this 1990? Decent hotel but won't stay again. Business requires Internet.

Go to big daddy 's BBQ down the street!!!

The Fairbanks Westmark is probably the nicest in the chain, but the restaurant is truly horrible. Go to the Iris next door instead!
