In the 90's, this was an amazing graffiti wall & skater hang out. Then the city got all bent about graffiti & put in this "art " wall. Street artists & their ever-evolving masterpieces moved on
Just down the Burke-Gilman from where my freshman dorm used to be, this is a neat little hang out spot. Can get sketchy at night, though.
Another public art installation. This one doesn't make much sense.
